He holds a pilots certificate (no A&P) so he is authorized to change the oil and filter as preventive maintenance. .True or False??????

Bill Riley (CFI & DPE) Pilot Tips Visibility during this time of the year can change in moments. With quick cooling and heating low level fog can develop quickly and cause for hazardous situations. Make sure you have alternate plans worked out before you takeoff and things get UGLY.
